What is not covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to crack. All cords will eventually wear out. We consider these things normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty. Colours may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous purchases.
For How Long: This warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer owns the products. Any implied warranties which you may have are in duration to the time during which you, as the original buyer own our products.
What We Will Do: If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty.
No Liability for Incidental or Consequential Damages: Our warranty provides for defective products to be repaired or replaced. All transportation costs will be the responsibility of the buyer except where product arrives damaged due to shipping.
How to get Service: To obtain service under this warranty, return your products along with the original sales receipt to the dealer from which it was purchased. You will be responsible for transporting the product to and from the dealer. Please contact Customer Service before returning any product.
My Blindz.com may offer express shipping for those customers with a tight deadline. Normal production times still apply to orders that choose the express shipping option on our website. Please check individual products for typical production times and keep in mind production times can change on a day to day basis.
Please be sure to order samples before placing your order. Monitor colours vary dramatically by manufacturer and lighting environment you're in. For this reason, we cannot honour our satisfaction guarantee on colours for those who did not previously order colour samples.
Due to the variances in the wood's natural colour, grain, etc. each dye lot will vary for any of the stained wood products. These variances are minimal, but there is no way to assure the exact colour of stained wood blinds. If you are ordering multiple blinds we strongly recommend that you order all of them at the same time to ensure they come from the same dye lot and will match one another. Sample colours may also vary slightly as our samples may come from different dye lots than the blinds you receive.
Despite our best efforts, a product may be mispriced, or a discount may be incorrect. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping.
We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. We send your order directly to the manufacturer to ensure prompt production and delivery of your blinds. Most orders may be changed within the first 24 hours for no additional fees, however certain items instantly go into production and may incur a fee to change. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.
All Phone order customers are responsible to verify their orders on the order confirmation that is emailed to them after checkout. Customers that fail to do so will void the satisfaction guarantee on the website. This is a tool to ensure no mistakes are made.
